Commited to using off-screen techniques, I designed a visual concept for a home and lifestyle expo in Mexico City. Through research I was drawn to the architecture and colours of Luis Barragán. I attempted to channel his aesthetic through the medium of Kirigami, the Japanese art of cutting and folding paper, with sometimes painful but ultimately charming results.
